Great series. What a time to be a Leeds fan. Wilko for all his eventual faults had 4 great seasons as manager and should never be forgotten as a club legend.

At the Leicester match very big atmosphere and ground errupted when Strachan scored. Watched the Bournmouth game on big screen at Armley sports centre, surreal leaving the place after final whistle.

Went to every game bar one home and away that season, will always be my favourite ever season. That game against Leicester was the most nervous a set a fans I have known. Went down to Bournemouth on the last day with 6 other pals in a transit van on the Friday night. On the beach at 7-30 that morning within 2 hours around 10k Leeds fans were on there playing football sunbathing, drinking, got to Dean Court about half one ended up playing 200 a side game on the red grar outside the ground, the local home owners feeding us water from hose pipes and grown men crying at the final whistle. Getting changed in the Sally Army ready for a night out in Poole and even managing to get off with to lasses from Basingstoke, who took us to their local on Sunday and cooking us a Sunday roast watching the game on ITV. Greatest ever weekend as a Leeds fan.

What a day that was at Bournemouth, the heat, the tension etc etc Batts was a Leeds legend but dropping him for Kamara towards the end of the season changed the course of the season. MOT.

Who thinks the EFL are gonna cancel the season and then we won’t get promoted and then we will have to start all over again if they do I’ll be so anoid
