This! I've only been a fan of Leeds for 18 months so I don't know the Bamford history. Based on his performance the last 18 months, he is not a premier league level player. Not once have I been impressed. Why didn't Rodrigo or Harrison take it?

I think what bothers me about Bamford is that he is so protected by parts of this fanbase because he helped us get to the prem and he’s English, but he is just sht and has been for two years. @Idan I think the main reason goes all the way up to the board. They didn't worry about staying up, even though we were nearly relegated last season if not for Raphina and Harrison (and some help from Newcastle). They sacked Marsch and then couldn't get anyone they actually wanted to replace him. And then sacked Gracia. Now they're throwing a hail mary with Allardyce. No disrespect to any players, but many signings they made also didn't make sense. They didn't get a new LB/CB until Wober in January. Rutter may become a great player, but he's a prospect bought when we're trying to avoid relegation. Imagine investing that £35m+ on a Prem caliber defender, instead.
