I've been following Leeds for 23 years from here in the US. This is the first manager of our team that I can honestly say that I love. Never before have I enjoyed watching the games this much. Never before has it been so refreshing to see interviews after the game, win or loss. He doesn't blame anyone. He gives credit where it's due. He gets honest assessments. He has transformed this club top to bottom. We're extremely lucky to have him.

Leeds translator is up there with the team’s performance. Is not easy to translate Marcelo, cause he likes to make elaborated phrases, a bit over the top sometimes. But this fella nails it every single time!

Bielsa: 'I didn't win Guardiola'. The easy answer would have been to say: Yes, it's was my first win against him, etc but he understands that the game, a win or a defeat belong to the team, it's not an exclusive victory of the manager. Bielsa is a gentleman and a humble person. C'mon Leeds!!!!!

After watching several post-match press conferences from Bielsa, I identified this pattern: If Leeds wins, Marcelo gives all credit to the team; but if Leeds is defeated, he blames himself.

@Alberto Fernandez No sé... Yo no lo veo así. Al menos conozco tres ejemplos donde ha tenido una clara influencia transformadora no solo del equipo sino de la institución: Athletic, Leeds y la selección de Chile. Sí admito que a sus equipos les somete a una exigencia física tan grande que a veces llegan agotados al final de la temporada y que ha abandonado algún trabajo cuando podría haberse quedado más. Nadie es perfecto, pero creo que sus aspectos positivos son más que los negativos.

I know Norwich did it too last season & got relegated but tbf they're going back to EPL next season so it's still a decent team

A win away at City is against the odds. To do it with ten men for all the second half is even more incredible. Every one of those players ran their nuts off, tackled and blocked as if their lives depended on it, showing a togetherness and spirit which typifies the Leeds ethos. I am so proud of this performance, Bielsa and the lads.

Bielsa as manager commands total respect from the squad and put club before any cocky individual. Riquelme brings negative energy to the squad and that's the reason he only played 1 world cup in his whole career.

Bielsa simply has to be the humblest and modern coach in world football. I've never heard him complain despite the multiple times we were victims of appalingly unfair decisions. He just brushes aside these travesties and gets on with it. Can any one dispute this?

@@alexablain8139 Releyéndome si, no somos ni un cuarto de lo que es Bielsa, pero no quise poner jamás que bien reflejas el ser argentino en tu figura Marcelo, a parte, si hay algo que no me interesa en lo mas mínimo es lo que piensen en inglaterra de los argentinos, paisa nefasto históricamente si los hay, se afanaron cualquier cantidad de islas a fuerza de pólvora y balas desde el día 1, y a nosotros particularmente nos vienen afanando desde rivadavia hacia acá a mano armada...igual coincido con tu ultima frase.
